NOT GUILTY

In May 2008, Gregory V. Ginex successfully co-chaired the defense of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in a medical malpractice case against the law firm of Corboy & Demetrio.

The Plaintiffs asked for over $16 Million. The co-defendant doctor offered his $1 Million policy prior to trial. The jury returned a verdict in favor of all Defendants.
